The 30 Day Skinny Greens Challenge

The 30 Day Skinny Greens Challenge

So you want to lose a few pounds – we’ve all been there. Whether it’s for a high school reunion, a trip to the beach, or just want to fit more comfortably in your clothes. Those are all great reasons why we decide it’s time to change up a few things.

If you’re reading this you’ve probably realized that fad diets don’t work. Yes, you’ll work hard to lose weight, but about 95% of people who lose weight by fad diets will regain it within 1-5 years. And many regain more than what they originally lost. Since dieting, by definition, is a temporary food plan, it won’t work in the long run. And the deprivation of restrictive diets can lead to over eating or binging later. And since your body doesn’t want you to starve, it responds to overly-restrictive diets by slowing your metabolism which of course makes it harder to lose weight.

So instead of giving you a diet where we give you a list of foods to eliminate, we’d like to do the opposite. Give you a challenge of adding in 1 item per day. That’s doesn’t sound too complicated, right? Just add 1 more thing in a day. And best of all – this 1 thing is a nutrition power house, will leave you feeling energized, and will help you fit into your Skinny Jeans in no time.
